Terms of Service

By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you use the Service on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that company and that the company accepts these Terms. If you do not agree with the Terms, do not use the Service.

pimads lets you manage Meta and Google Ads accounts side by side: view and edit campaigns in one unified interface, create automation rules, receive AI-generated insights and anomaly reports, and share workspaces with your team. The Service communicates with your ad accounts exclusively through the official Meta Marketing API and Google Ads API.

The Service is currently in beta. It is provided as is: features may change, be added, or be removed at any time, and occasional defects or downtime are possible. We work to keep the Service stable, but we do not promise uninterrupted availability during the beta.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract to use the Service. When creating an account you agree to:

• provide accurate and current information,
• keep your password and any workspace invite links confidential; invite links grant access to your workspace and should be treated like passwords,
• accept responsibility for all activity under your account and for the people you invite into your workspaces and the roles (owner, editor, viewer) you assign to them.

The Service keeps an activity log of changes made in each workspace so members can see who changed what.

You connect Meta and Google accounts through their official OAuth flows in Settings. By connecting an account you authorize pimads to read data from it and to apply changes to it on your instruction, within the permissions you grant. You confirm that:

• you are authorized to manage the ad account you connect and to grant pimads access to it,
• you remain bound by the Meta advertising policies and the Google Ads policies for everything you run through those platforms, and
• you understand that changes made through pimads take effect on the real platforms and can spend real money, exactly as if you had made them in Meta Ads Manager or Google Ads directly.

pimads is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta or Google. You can disconnect a platform at any time in Settings, which deletes the stored access tokens.

Automation rules and AI features execute only what you configure or approve:

• rules run in manual-approval mode by default: proposed actions land in a Pending actions queue with an explanation, and nothing touches your ad account until you press Apply,
• you may enable automatic mode for a rule; doing so is your choice, and actions it takes count as actions taken on your instruction,
• guardrails such as guard metrics, budget floors and ceilings, cooldowns, and dry runs reduce risk but do not eliminate it.

AI-generated content (daily digests, suggestions, anomaly notes, rules drafted from natural language) is produced by a large language model and can be inaccurate or incomplete. Review it before acting on it. You retain full responsibility for your ad spend and your accounts, and we do not guarantee any advertising performance, revenue, or return on ad spend.

You agree not to:

• use the Service for unlawful or deceptive advertising,
• access or attempt to access accounts, workspaces, or data that do not belong to you,
• probe, disrupt, overload, scrape, or reverse engineer the Service or its infrastructure,
• use the Service in a way that violates the Meta or Google platform terms, or
• resell or provide the Service to third parties without our written consent.

The Service is free of charge during the beta. We may introduce paid plans in the future. If we do, we will announce the change in advance, you will be able to review the pricing before anything is charged, and we will never charge you without your explicit agreement. Features that are free today may become part of paid plans later.

You retain all rights to your campaign data, creatives, and any other content you bring to the Service. You grant pimads a limited license to store, process, and display that content solely to provide the Service, including transmitting it to Meta and Google on your instruction. The pimads software, design, and branding remain our property. If you send us feedback, we may use it to improve the Service without obligation to you.

The Service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. The Service depends on the Meta and Google APIs, which those companies may change, limit, or revoke at any time, and we are not responsible for their decisions or outages.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, pimads and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost advertising budgets, or lost data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for all claims related to the Service is capped at the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, which during the free beta is zero.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, such as liability for intent or gross negligence, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms or creates risk for the Service or other users, giving notice where reasonable. Upon termination your stored platform tokens are deleted and your data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania, and disputes are submitted to the competent courts of Romania. If you are a consumer in the European Union, this does not deprive you of the mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live, and you may also bring proceedings there.

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. If a change is material we will notify you through the Service or by email before it takes effect. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms; if you do not agree, stop using the Service and delete your account. The date at the top of this page always reflects the latest revision.
